High-Power Device Product Lineup
The flat diode lineup ranges from 600A to 3000A and 1600V to 5000V, while the flat thyristor lineup ranges from 700A to 4000A and 1200V to 3000V.
Kyocera's high-power device products will support large-scale power utilities, railways, and power plants that require high reliability and quality, as well for the future green energy market.
