The 8152 series is a 0.4 mm pitch board-to-board connector with a XY floating. It conforms to High-speed transmission standard MIPI D-PHY (2.5 Gbps) , PCI Express Gen2 (5Gbps) & Gen3 (8Gbps). The frame is shielded for a robust design and EMI reduction suitable for demanding automotive applications.

The 6251 Series are suitable for applications in which high contact reliability is required under harsh environments regarding vibration, temperature, humidity, etc. Applications include in-vehicle units such as car navigation system units, GPS units, and car audio products, medical or industrial equipment, and OA or AV equipment. FPCs/FFCs with tabs prevent improper mating, enable secure connection, and increase the force to retain FPCs/FFCs. The FPCs/FFCs can be also be used in our right angle 6288 Series and vertical 6801 Series.

The 6288 Series are FPC/FFC Connectors designed for applications such as GPSs and AV equipment for automobile use or electronics for industrial and/or medical use which require resistance to vibration. These products are 0.5mm/1.0mm pitch, bottom contact, right angle, SMT, ZIF connectors with front locking. Their structures prevent FPCs/FFCs from becoming disjointed or inserted aslant.

The 6806 Series are FPC/FFC connectors for high-speed transmission featuring a pitch of 0.5mm and height of 1.75mm.
A convex-shaped actuator shape facilitates opening / closing operations, and a “click” feeling assures locking when the FPC/FFC is mated.
The contact point is designed widely in order to obtain high contact reliability with FPC/FFC conductors. In addition to FPCs, these connectors can also be used for impedance-adjustable FFCs. The 6815 Series is FPC/FFC connectors for high-speed transmission featuring a pitch of 0.5mm and height of 1.90mm. This Series optimizes high-speed data transmission for high definition images and features up to 100 pins which is the world’s highest*1 pin count. The higher pin-count can reduce the total number of connectors required, allowing for space saving simplification of the circuit design and reducing the labor requirement for connector insertion and mounting. This connectors were designed to work with the V-by-One®HS*2 transmission interface, which reaches speeds up to 3.75Gbps.

By combining a unique housing lock structure with sealant materials , the new connectors are able to meet the waterproof protection standard IPX9K. It has cleared the evaluation based on the North American automobile standard "USCAR-2" and the Japanese Automotive Standards Organization "JASO D616".
