The 6815 series are 0.5mm pitch and 1.90mm height FPC/FFC connectors with high-speed transmission. This series can be up to 100Pins with low profile, and it is the better for high-definition, large-screen displays. Additionally, the number of small pin count connectors used can be reduced by consolidating to higher pin counts, which will reduce assembly time of FPC/FFC insertion and mounting process. This connectors provide good contact reliability by using 2-point contact shape terminal. A convex-shaped actuator enables easy open / close operations, and secure locking is indicated to the operator with a tactile “latch” feeling.　This series support V-by-One®HS* and USB3.2 Gen1(5Gbps) of high-speed transmission standard.

Recommended applications: Automobile, industrial equipment, power supplies and flat screen TV etc.

Features

  • The 6815 Series has 2-point contact shape terminals for high contact reliability.
  • Easy positioning the FPC/FFC prevents half-mating due to diagonal insertion, high retention force in the horizontal direction, and enables a high reliable connection. Furthermore, the FPC/FFC can be held temporarily in the inserted state, work efficiency will be improved.
  • Since no terminals are exposed on the bottom of the connectors, it is possible to freely route the board pattern.
