Board to Board Connectors
The 5804 Series are 0.4mm pitch, ultra low profile Board to Board Connectors featuring a stacking height of 0.9mm/1.5mm/2.0mm. These products were developed to meet market needs for miniaturization of Smartphone, mobile phones, digital AV equipment, etc. Space saving is greatly achieved with a width of 2.4mm.
The 5806 Series are Board to Board Connectors with a fine pitch of 0.4mm and an ultra-low stacking height of 0.6mm. These products feature the width of 1.9mm on the short side, which contributes to downsizing in small electronic equipment. An original locking structure generates a firm 'click' sound and enhances the retention force despite the slim and low profile, and peeling strength against printed circuit boards is strengthened by equipping metal tabs. In addition, a pinching structure (two-point contact design) has been adopted to enhance resistance to vibrations and drop shocks, thus ensuring high contact reliability.
The 5807 Series are 0.4mm pitch Board to Board Connectors featuring a width of 1.9mm, which is reduced by 20% compared with our conventional products. The stacking height between boards is only 0.7mm when mating the plug and receptacle connectors, thus contributing to space-saving and downsizing of the products to which they are applied. The bottom surfaces of the connectors are insulated and avoid exposure of contacts, thus enabling flexible designs on printed circuit boards.
The 5811 Series Board-to-Board connector is optimized for small devices such as wearable devices. It is miniaturized to 1.7 mm in width. Moreover, it maintains durability by adopting a flat stacking structure which enables workability when stacking and reduction of damage despite its low 0.6mm stack height. In addition, it is also resistant to the high current required for connectors which is suitable design for battery connection. To meet customer demands for wearable devices the 5811 series can accommodate 1 to 5 signal pins and 2 power pins.
The 5843 Series are Board to Board Connectors with a pitch of 0.35mm, which is reduced by 0.05mm compared with our conventional products. In addition, these series have space-saving features with a stacking height of 0.8mm/1.0mm/1.5mm and width of 2.4mm. The bottoms of the connectors are insulated and avoid exposure of contacts, thus enabling flexible designs on printed circuit boards.
The 5861 Series are space-saving Board to Board Connectors featuring a fine pitch of 0.35mm, stacking height of 0.6mm (between boards) and a width of 1.95mm. In addition to its narrow pitches and low profile as with the conventional products containing the robust metals, the metal fittings covering both ends prevent breakage of the insulator housing and contacts due to misalignment in their mating. Thus it is a connector that realizes high robustness and smooth guide into mating. The 7129 Series is board to board connector which is capable of conducting high current up to 10A . Although it is a space-saving product with 0.7mm stacking height and a 2.2mm in width, it achieves high robustness and smooth mating by attaching metals on both side-ends to prevent damage to insulator housings and contacts due to mating in a misaligned way.
The 6277 Series are 0.5mm pitch, ZIF, right angle FPC Connectors with dual-sided contacts. These connectors feature a low profile height of 0.9mm and are applied in LCDs for small portable equipment. By adopting back-lock actuators with rear locking which realize easy connection and disconnection of FPCs, these series have an enhanced function of preventing the FPC from being released.
The 6284 Series are low profile, 0.5mm pitch, Non-ZIF connectors featuring a height of 1.5mm and width of 4.0mm. These products are cost friendly and can be utilized in versatile applications including downsized digital home electric appliances. We also offer 1mm pitch type.
The 6287 Series are 0.4mm pitch, bottom contact, ZIF, right angle, SMT type FPC/FFC Connectors with front locks. These series are developed for connections with high-pin-count FPCs in notebook PCs, DVDs, LCDs, FPDs (Flat Panel Displays), etc.
The 6293 Series are low profile, space-saving FPC Connectors which feature a pitch of 0.3mm, height of 0.85mm, and width of 3.7mm for mounting areas. These products are dual-sided contact, LIF, right angle, SMT type connectors.
The 6298 Series are low profile connectors specially designed for LCD modules with back-light requirements. These products are 0.5mm pitch, bottom contact, ZIF, right angle, SMT, back-lock type connectors with heights of 0.9mm. FPCs with notches ensure accurate insertion into the connectors.
The 6806 Series are FPC/FFC connectors for high-speed transmission featuring a pitch of 0.5mm and height of 1.75mm. A convex-shaped actuator shape facilitates opening / closing operations, and a “click” feeling assures locking when the FPC/FFC is mated. The contact point is designed widely in order to obtain high contact reliability with FPC/FFC conductors. In addition to FPCs, these connectors can also be used for impedance-adjustable FFCs. One-touch locking 6817 Series FPC/FFC connectors utilize a proprietary structure that enables quick, stable connections in a single insertion, removing a significant impediment to fully automated assembly. Since the actuator can be held open, it is possible to remove FPC/FFC with one hand, and it is also possible to mount the connector on a limited work space. 6817 Series connectors are space-saving: the vertical type that mounts perpendicular to the circuit board for vertical insertion is 5.32mm high on a PCB and 2.9mm wide, and the right-angle type mounting parallel to the board for horizontal insertion is 2.6mm high on a PCB and 5.9mm wide. The 6824 Series are FPC/FFC Connectors featuring a pitch of 0.4mm, height of 0.93mm, and width of 2.7mm developed for the internal connection of mobile equipment such as digital cameras, tablet PCs, smartphones, and game consoles. Compared with existing products, their length, height and width have been reduced (a length reduction of approximately 23% for 10-pin products, height reduction of approximately 38% and width reduction of approximately 33%. Furthermore, a space reduction of approximately 49% has been achieved for 10-pin products, thus meeting requirements for high-density packaging of mobile devices. Despite their low-profile and space-saving features, there are fewer restrictions in FPC or PCB layouts due to dual-sided contacts.
The 6841 Series are 0.3mm pitch, ZIF, vertical, slide-lock type FPC Connectors that are best suited for the internal connection of electric equipment requiring downsizing and multi-functions, such as notebook PCs, DSCs (Digital Still Cameras), DVCs (Digital Video Cameras), digital audio players, etc. These low profile, space-saving products feature a height of 3.6mm and width of 2.95mm (terminals are width of 2.8mm).
The 6844 Series are light, compact FPC Connectors featuring a pitch of 0.3mm, height of 0.95mm on board, and width of 2.7mm in the mounting space. Despite their slim designs, these connectors feature accurate positioning for secure mating as well as good operability, and provide a nice “click” feeling in the locking system.
The 6866 Series is low-profile and space-saving connectors with a fine pitch of 0.2mm, stacking height of 0.95mm on the board and width of 2.7mm. Featuring a bottom contact and front lock, these products can be applied to FPC thicknesses of 0.2mm. Furthermore, misalignments such as slanted insertions can be found visually by utilizing FPCs with tabs. Despite the low-profile and space-saving design, a tab is equipped on the locking part, realizing improved operability and providing a secure “click” feeling when locking or unlocking the connector.
6892 Series connectors improved quality assurance (QA) checks - both visual and automated optical inspections (AOI) - to prevent misalignment.

The 8005 Series are super compact, 2-pin Wire to Board Connectors designed for high-density mounting. These products are most suitable for miniaturization of hand-held devices such as mobile phones, notebook PCs, etc.
The 8040 Series are super small, low profile Wire to Board Connectors featuring a pitch of 1.0mm and mating height of 1.4mm with two contacts to meet market needs for high-density packaging, especially in small mobile devices.
The 8041 Series are super small and low-profile wire to board type connectors featuring a pitch of 0.9mm and mating height of 0.9mm which is one of the lowest in the industry (based on research by Kyocera Corporation; as of May 2011). These products were developed to meet market requirements for high- density packaging, especially designed for small mobile devices.
Card Edge Connectors
The 8069 Series are small terminals called Shield Locks developed to fix shield cases used inside digital media. The use of Shield Locks simplifies the attachment of shield cases by allowing one-touch operation, which was conventionally carried out by manual soldering. In addition, the Shield Lock features a structure enabling disconnection, which greatly improves operability in part replacements and maintenance of shield cases.
Memory Card Connectors
The 5638 Series are SDMC (Secure Digital Memory Card) Connectors used as the recording medium of portable devices, which can be widely introduced into the market of notebook PCs, mobile phones, DVCs (Digital Video Cameras), DSCs (Digital Still Cameras) and other complex machines for these applications.
The 5867 Series are Memory Card Connectors for XQDTM cards. As these products are connectors for consumer equipment such as DSCs (Digital Still Cameras) and DVCs (Digital Video Cameras), their card operation features a push-push mechanism by adopting the spring-ejection structure, thus enabling users to easily insert and eject the cards. In addition, the connectors are made user friendly with an enhanced “click” feeling, and a guiding structure which prevents incorrect card insertion of the cards.
