Customized IGBT modules with flexible pins structure

Kyocera can design an original circuit rapidly at low cost utilizing the capabilities of procuring various semiconductor chips (such as IGBT, MOS, diode, and next-generation semiconductors using new materials such as and Gan) and applying the standardized package having flexible pin structure.
