Rated 100V product for power supply circuit (48 to 60V)
Lineup of resin electrodes to prevent flexural cracks
Achieve a crack incidence of 0%* at a substrate deflection of 10mm.
*Test conditions are as follows:
Test substrate material: Glass fabric substrate epoxy resin copper clad laminate (GE4 or FR4), Test substrate thickness: 1.6 +/- 0.2 mm, Copper foil thickness: 0.04 +/- 0.01 mm

What are Resin Electrodes?
Products with a resin electrode between the Sn plating/Ni plating that normally covers the terminal electrode of MLCC and the underlying electrode (Cu or CuNi).
The resin electrode absorbs and relaxes external vibration and flexural stress, thereby suppressing crack generation.
